Ginger Bread House

Curt and Jack invited us over a couple of weeks ago to help decorate a ginger bread house!

Christmas Parade

Christmas at Mimi's!

The day after Christmas, we headed to Mimi's house (Jonathan's Mom). Jonathan ended up having to go to work early so he missed out but Elly K was super pumped when she saw ALL THE GIFTS!

She danced since she was so happy:

Jonathan is having to work extra hours the next two days so we are spending NYE in Hamilton.

Movie Night with Mommy

This past Sunday, I left Cash with Gram and Pop so that I could attempt to potty train Elly K (I will tackle that post on another night). Before we started on Monday, we had a Frozen movie night!

She also decided, randomly, to start collecting change (and if you didn't notice, she is wearing Frozen PJs):

It was a very FROZEN themed night and she LOVED it!

Christmas Tree Tin

Our Christmas tree this year was super cute and the perfect size. This year, I wanted to do something new for the skirt (other than just wrapping fabric around the base).

I found this cute idea online! The stand fits right in! LOVE IT!

However, I had to share the pictures of the tin before we got the tree:

On the night we introduced Elly K to her Elf on the Shelf, we gained Bourbon. Yes, before Elly K could think of any names, my SWEET, LOVING husband suggested Bourbon as the elf's name (we also have a dog named Bourbon) and it STUCK.

Can I hope for a redo next year with the name??

Christmas Eve with the Cashions

On Christmas Eve, we also have dinner with the Cashion side. I snapped this picture while making the kids stay outside so that the last gifts could be put out!

Wonder how many years we can get away with matching outfits?!?

Going to See Santa!

We went to Bass Pro Shop to see Santa this year and let me tell you...it was FUN!

We did have a successful Santa picture. I was really wanting a crying baby picture but they happen to get the ONE BRIEF MOMENT, Cash wasn't crying....maybe next year:

Christmas Light Mess

We went out a couple of night before Christmas to check out some lights that we were told about. On the way there, Elly K wanted something to eat so we stopped at the gas station for a snack.

Christmas Day at Papa's
